Single origin coffee from the celebrated Chanchamayo growing area in Peru. The coffee is grown in the shade at an altitude of 1500-1900m and is decaffeinated using the certified organic CO2 process, leaving most of the aroma in the coffee but removing over 95% of the caffeine.
Flavoursome, well balanced coffee where the decaffeination is not noticeable in the taste, except that it is less bitter.






Peru, Chanchamayo is a delicate coffee with a sweet taste and a creamy, nut-brown color with pleasant brown sugar and fruit notes and a lingering caramel aftertaste.
